- SEGUN OJAROTADE(President)
SEGUN OJAROTADE is a certified trainer, business development coach, mentor, management trainer, motivational speaker, author, content developer, businessperson, and Founder/President of Formazione Business School, Formazione Technologies, Formazione Consult, Humanitarian Entrepreneurship, and Social Development Initiative all located in Abuja, Nigeria.
Born in Ilesa, Osun State Nigeria, he Attended Masaba Primary School Bida, Niger State, L.E.APrimary School Ilesa and African Church Grammar School Ilesa. He attained his first degree at the University of Abuja and obtained B.sc (Hons) in Economics, he then proceeded to University of Maiduguri where he obtained P.G.D in Education and furthered his academic career to Nasarawa State University where he obtained M.sc in Economics. He also obtained an Executive Master in Customer Relationship from the Customer Service Training Institute, U.S.A.
He worked as an Insurer for over seven years in various capacities and in two reputable organizations; Union Bank of Nigeria Plc at Union Assurance department and Asset and Resources Management (ARM) Life Assurance department in Abuja Nigeria. He resigned to establish his consulting firm, Formazione Consults where he operated as a key facilitator before establishing Formazione Business School where he has trained and graduated over four thousand eight hundred students, with offices situated in ten states in Nigeria. is a member of seven professional bodies situated in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.
He has a passion for the development of entrepreneurial skills for Micro, Small and Medium scale enterprises (MSMEs) and is a promoter of youth empowerment programmes in Nigeria. He is currently in partnership with NYSC under the SAED scheme (Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development) where he has trained over five thousand corps members and counting across ten states in Nigeria in Entrepreneurship skills. He mentors over seven thousand five hundred youths on his social media platforms and has authored a book titled Think Big Start Small 200 hundred Business Ideas that has sold over three thousand copies in Nigeria. Mr. Segun is an experienced Entrepreneurship and Business Developer, Start-up Business (MSMEs) and Management Consultant, Project Manager, and a multi-disciplinary trainer who possess a strong analytical problem solving skill.
He is a top-notch multi-disciplinary professional who has gained mentorship from The London Business School, The Barcelona Business School, IESE Spain, The European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the Nigerian Convention on Business Integrity (NCBI).
- NORAH NKIRUKA. O.(Head Account & Finance)
NORAH NKIRUKA. O. holds a B.Sc in accounting from University of Jos, Plateau State Nigeria. She is a Member of Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management and obtained series of training in various accounting disciplines.
She is a seasoned accountant and the Head Accounts and Finance for Formazione business school.
- OLANIYAN IBRAHIM(Head ICT)
OLANIYAN IBRAHIM is the Digital Strategist at Formazione Technologies. He is a graduate of Computer Science from Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti. He has undergone trainings at Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and NIIT Lagos. He has participated in several trainings on Digital Marketing, Leadership, Management, and Capacity Development.
He is Google Awards certified with proven records of helping small businesses grow using digital technologies. He is an avid web developer with knowledge in HMTL, CSS, PhP, Java, C++ programming languages. He was awarded by UKAID as a community development personnel for his contribution in leading a team to give aids in a small village in Keffi, Nasarawa State.
He possesses excellent leadership skills, as he was the President of the OLANIYAN IBRAHIM HEAD ICT Muslim Students Association of Nigeria (MSSN) during his university days. Ibrahim, is a multi-talented person as he spans his skills in Project management, digital marketing, computer networking, customer experience, growth hacking, leadership training and public speaking.
- NELSON OBITE(Head Logistics & Programs)
NELSON OBITE holds a B.Sc in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State and a Proficiency Certificate in Management from Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered). He earned the prestigious Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from Project Management Institute, Newton Square, PA, USAin July 2011.
NELSON OBITE HEAD LOGISTICS AND PROGRAMS He is currently the lead faculty, Project Management Program at Bratim Training Abuja, a Project Management Consultant and Trainer with Mart Nelson Consulting Limited Abuja, a Board member MOULD Inc. Training Director COINMAC International Abuja, a social worker, and contributor who loves volunteering. He was the Country Director (Nigeria) for Global Oneness Inc. USA, where his immense contributions to the Building Bridge of Understanding project will not be forgotten in a hurry
He has experience in managing projects in the public and the private sectors in Nigeria; he has vast experience in handling successful training engagements, with over 2000+ hours of formal Project Management Training experience and nine successful PMP certifications. Nelson is a top-notch professional, and a multidisciplinary trainer who possess strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- SMITH GODFREY(Head Facility & Business Process Unit)
SMITH GODFREY is one of Nigeria’s seasoned Project Managers with over eight years progressive experience in delivering successful projects across diverse sectors of the Nigerian Economy.
He possesses an M.Sc in Political Economy and Development Studies and a B.Sc in Political science both from the University of Abuja. He has been involved in the remodelling of critical business processes for a number of start-ups and mid-size industry players in places such as FMCG, Facility management, Business Consulting and ICT.
He is an astute communicator, team lead and business analyst with depth and insight in Business Impact Analysis and Business Process Modelling. Smith has certifications in Project Management Professional, Total Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Health, Safety & Environment, and Business Process Management (BPM). He is a faculty member of Formazione Business School Abuja.
- KICHIME GOYANG GOTAU(Head Project Management & Training Development)
KICHIME GOYANG GOTAU a passionate knowledge seeker holds a B.Sc in Political Science and Research Interest, and an M.Sc & P.hD research interest in Political Economy and Development Studies both from the University of Jos.
He also has twelve years experience in Radio and Television broadcast journalism. Kichime spent three years on high seas working with the United Nations Human Settlement Programme (UN-Habitat) for African Cities Programme Phase II where he designed its Consumer Attitude Survey (CAS) and Public Awareness Strategy (PAS) respectively from 2007 to 2010. He has a firm background in Project Management and has served as KICHIME GOYANG GOTAU HEAD PROJECT MANAGEMENT & TRAINING DEVELOPMENT the Lead Project Management Consultant for UNODC Regional Centre – Quintessential Healthcare Centre Jos.
He even facilitated several other projects such as the Action AID ‘PAP’ Project Bauchi, BATYDigitization Appraisal Bauchi, and Diabetes Care Foundation Jos. Kichime was a special rapporteur in the 2012 TYDanjuma Foundation Media Roundtable in Abuja. He is a member of the faculty for Formazione Business School Abuja and handles courses such as Development Communication, Political Science, and Project Management etc. He is a member of several professional associations in Nigeria and abroad.
