1. No Refund
Due to the nature of our digital courses and training programs, we operate a strict no-refund policy once payment has been made and access granted.

2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
If Formazione Business School cancels a course before it starts.
If a user is unable to access the course due to technical issues from our end.

3. Refund Request Process
Requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@formazionebusinessschool.sch.ng.
Processing time for eligible refunds is 7-14 business days.

4. Course Transfers
Instead of refunds, students may request a transfer to another course of equal value within 7 days of purchase.
